--- Cytuj ---Washington (dbTechno) - Sources are stating that Rockstar is currently working on a new Max Payne for release in 2009 on the Xbox 360 and PS3. This would likely launch alongside with the launch of the movie, which stars Mark Walhberg.
Take-Two had a conference call to investors yesterday, stating that once Rockstar finishes up on GTA IV, they are moving on to release a sequel to another big franchise for release in 2009.
Many have been speculating what exactly this sequel could be, with ideas pointing towards a new Bully, Manhunt, or something else.
It appears that the new franchise entry they are talking about will be a new Max Payne game.
Max Payne gained a lot of attention as a franchise, releasing originally on the PC and then on the PS2 and Xbox.
The game is already being made into a huge Hollywood movie, starring Mark Wahlberg, which will also release in 2009.
It appears that Rockstar is getting a new entry into the Max Payne series ready to coincide with the release of the movie, even though it will likely have a different story.

Co za news  :shock: Będzie się w 2009 działo oj będzie :D. Oby tylko Rockstar nie przedobrzyło i dostarczyło nam starego dobrego Maxa z mocą next-genów. Nie mogę się wręcz doczekać.

Jedynka była fajna ale gdzieś w połowie gry wkradła się taka monotonia że ostatnie levele przechodziłem wręcz na czas byle skończyć dlatego mam dosyć ambiwalentne odczucia odnośnie Max Payne.

Dla mnie jedynka była świetna, a dwójka też dobra ale troche nudna. Wiadomo co jest główną zaletą tej serii  świetna akcja, bullet time i ciężki klimat. Jeśli to wszystko znajdzie się w Max Payne 3 to mamy conajmniej dobrą gre ale zadatki na hit też są. :cool:
