Kirby Star Allies on March 16
Kirby Star Allies: Kirby’s debut on Nintendo Switch is a grand new adventure packed with content. The new Artist ability lets Kirby unleash his creativity, while the new Spider ability lets him ensnare enemies in webs. Kirby also can hurl new friend hearts at enemies to win them over with love and add them to his party. Plus, up to four friends* can team up and combine Kirby’s unique abilities with ally abilities for powerful new Friend Abilities. The game launches for Nintendo Switch on March 16.

Ograłem demo. Grafika ładna, ale mogłoby być 60 fpsów. No i gra to taki samograj. Pewnie w coopie jest lepsza zabawa.

Nie mam pojęcia, czemu nie ma 60 klatek, bo wygląda słabiej od Konga na Wii U. Gierka nie dla mnie, w Kirby'ego zagrywałem się jak miałem 10 lat. Ale do co-opa na pewno spoko.

Kirby Star Allies update out now (version 2.0)
The full patch notes are as follows:
– Added three new Dream Friends: Marx, Gooey, and Rick & Kine & Coo.
– Added one new celebration picture to complete by collecting Picture Pieces.
– Fixed several issues to enhance gameplay.

Bardzo podobają mi się takie darmowe aktualizacje z dodatkową zawartością. Oby było ich jak najwięcej :)
Mimo, że gra szału nie robi, to sprzedaje się bardzo dobrze. Po dwóch tygodniach zeszło już ponad 300 tys. sztuk w samej Japonii.

Based on the latest data from NPD, Kirby Star Allies had the strongest debut month of sales in the U.S. in the history of the franchise. It experienced a 90 percent better debut month than Kirby Nightmare in Dreamland, which was the previous record holder.

Na podstawie dema zauważyłem, że jest to bardzo dobra gra dla dzieci. Mało irytująca i łatwa do nauczenia. Może stąd bierze się tak dobra sprzedaż.

New Dream Friends leaked for Kirby Star Allies through datamining
Adeleine, Daroach, and Dark Meta Knight will be included in the second wave. The third wave should feature Magolor, Taranza, Susie, and the Jambastion Mages. The mages will likely be a set similar to Rick & Kine & Coo.

Kirby Star Allies dev on Adeleine & Ribbon – Kirby 64 stages coming, update will have “plenty of new game elements”
Kirby Star Allies is getting its next major update on July 27. Daroach, Dark Meta Knight, and the recently-revealed Adeleine & Ribbon will all be added as new Dream Friends.
Level design director Yuki Endo has shared a few words about the inclusion of Adeleine & Ribbon. His comments touch on the characters’ long-awaited return, their abilities, and more. Endo also confirms that Kirby 64 stages will be available after completing the main story with Adeleine & Ribbon, including “a very memorable map at the end which fans may remember”. Endo adds that the update “introduces plenty of new game elements.”

What’s more, if you play with Adeleine & Ribbon as Guest Stars after completing the main story, you’ll get to take on brand-new maps! Have fun painting your way through classic Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards stages specially arranged for Kirby Star Allies. Grę ma zamiar kupić mój chrześniak, więc prędzej czy później zagram. Niech do tego czasu zrobią jeszcze kilka darmowych aktualizacji 8)

Wreszcie. Pytanie ile ich będzie i czy dodadzą w późniejszym czasie jeszcze mapki z Wii. Stylistycznie są bardzo podobne.

Kirby Star Allies upgrading Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go! feature, all new Dream Friends will have own levels
In the tenth installment in the Kirby Star Allies channel, I’m going to tell you about an update to the Guest Star ???? Star Allies Go! feature. Once Story Mode has been cleared, Kirby’s friends take center-stage in this mode, and you can take your pick of hero to play through with.
Up until this update, when playing through Guest Star ???? you could save and continue a game, but only with one character at a time. If you started from the beginning with a different character halfway through, all records of the game in progress (except for time records) would be deleted.
The second free update will allow you to have multiple Guest Star ???? games saved at once, so you can play through with all the friends.
For people who have played this mode before the update, we have added a feature by which save data can be automatically created from a Best Time record to allow those people to continue their games.
In other words, if you have a lot of friends cleared at level one, with this update you can continue playing even with friends you haven’t been able to play with yet.
And finally, here’s a minor spoiler.
If you watch the credits after clearing Guest Star ????, the friend you’ve cleared it with will appear in the audience. Complete it with various characters to grow the audience for the curtain call! Each Dream Friend added with the update will also come with their own levels, and the Friend Helpers’ levels will also get an upgrade.

Kirby Star Allies reveals third free update, launches this month
New Dream Friends include Magolor, Taranza, and Susie. They stem from Kirby’s Return to Dream Land, Kirby Triple Deluxe, and Kirby: Planet Robobot respectively.
Also planned is a new “Another Dimension Heroes” mode. This is said to be a more difficult mode that takes place after the main story and you can play as the Dream Friends. Players can take on more difficult bosses here as well.
The new Kirby Star Allies update launches November 30.

Kirby Star Allies director shares secrets from the last update
In Guest Star ????, to keep things interesting, we kept adding new maps until we had a very respectable collection. Now, the section in a stage between one door and the next is known as a “step”. In total, the third update adds over 170 such steps, plus 56 steps in “Heroes in Another Dimension”. If you put all the free updates together, it comes to nearly 240 added steps!
As for playable characters, if you count all the different forms Kirby can take with Copy Abilities, you get:
normal Kirby + 28 Copy Abilities + 24 friends + 13 Dream Friends = 66 playable characters!

Gra się ładnie rozwinęła dzięki darmowym DLC. Siostrzeniec dostaje od rodziców grę na święta, więc w przyszłym roku na pewno będę miał okazję zagrać dłużej :)

Jeszcze ze 2 darmowe update'y i blamaż z ilością zawartości zostanie mi jakoś zrekompensowany.

Więcej aktualizacji z darmową zawartością już niestety nie będzie. Jedynie Splatoon 2 jest tak długo wspierane, ale wiadomo, to gra głównie online.
