Atelier is heading to the DS in the West, with NIA America set to bring the latest game, Atelier Annie, over from Japan.

Atelier Annie is described as sim-based SRPG meeting alchemy RPG, whereas the past titles were strictly straight-up RPG. Players become the owner of an alchemy resort - where you head on quests to create and flog alchemy items and make your resort grow and prosper.

The game is due out in October in North America.
