Instead of the rack being perfectly spaced every time, a very slight variance has been introduced between the balls which causes almost every break to be different. * You can now replay the shots that are played in attract mode. * You’ll see more stats during loading screens. * Game options can be modified in online rooms. * You can watch other people’s matches in the all new Spectator Mode! * Plus a new loading icon, viewing player’s profiles during an online match, and more.But that’s not all, there is a brand new chalk coming to the in-game store: The Second Sight chalk allows you to see the path of an additional ball… really helpful on those tough trickshots and plants.Finally (and the best bit in my opinion) is that the Hustle Kings Snooker Pack will be launched for PS3 on June 8th. Included in this great pack is a brand new environment, new ball set, with the full Snooker rules and scoring. As well as traditional Snooker, if you get this pack you will also get an offline tournament mode, more music, and a brand new game mode called “Snooker6” where there are only 6 red balls allowing for a much quicker game.The Snooker Pack will be available for $2.99 and the full game of Hustle Kings is required prior to installing the Snooker Pack. Check out the press release below. “Maverick, Goose, Iceman and Viper take to the sky again in Top Gun for PlayStation®Network for the PlayStation®3 (PS3™) computer entertainment system, Mac and PC. Paramount Digital Entertainment today announced Top Gun video game, a free-flying air combat shooter based on the adrenaline-packed film. In Top Gun, players will enroll in the Top Gun Academy as Maverick with their Radio Information Officer Goose to go up against the best for Top Gun honors. Following graduation, players will fly into the danger zone with fellow US Navy pilots over the Indian Ocean, where they will shoot down enemy fighter jets, defend and attack bases and engage in large-scale dogfight battles. Top Gun also features five multiplayer modes, allowing up to sixteen players to go up against the best and battle it out online. Currently in development by doublesix, Top Gun will be available this summer.
Bomberman fans can now rejoice as the classic Bomberman Fantasy Race from the PS One is now coming to the PS3/PSP very soon!ESRB rated Bomberman Race Classic recently and it’s only a matter of time before it comes out to the PlayStation Store. Bomberman Fantasy Race will take players into a racing game with all of the characters in the Bomberman universe. There is currently no price as to how much this game will be but assuming it’s a standard PS One Classic, expect it to be around $6.

SEGA® Europe Ltd. and SEGA® of America, Inc. today announced plans to bring classic titles from its popular Dreamcast™ console to Xbox LIVE Arcade for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PlayStation®Network later this year. Sonic Adventure™ and Crazy Taxi™ will be the first two classics made available, with Sonic leading the pack in Autumn 2010 for the 11th anniversary of the launch of the Dreamcast in Europe.Each game is based on the original Dreamcast incarnation, featuring all of the gameplay that older players fell in love with, whilst allowing a new audience to discover it for the very first time. The games incorporate all-new enhancements and features such as high resolution visuals and surround sound. Online leader boards are now implemented, allowing players to compare their skills with friends across the world! In addition to this, all-new Achievement and Trophy integration will be available for each game released.
PS3 owners who have recently seen the light of adventure games, thanks to Telltale's Sam & Max releases, now have another reason to load their PSN wallets: Telltale and Lucasarts will release the entire first season of Tales of Monkey Island -- all five episodes -- as a downloadable PS3 game on June 15.
Although it has been awhile since we last heard from the Behemoth regarding the PSN version of Castle Crashers, that small drought of news ends today, as the developers are a step closer to submit their final product. From the Behemoth Blog they given us an update and have stated: “Just a quick note to update you on Castle Crashers for PSN’s progress. After months and months of rigorous testing, we’re beginning the FINAL submission process! We still can’t estimate a release date, as this submission process is highly variable and involves yet more verification by Sony. We will, of course, let you know when we have an idea of the date so you can put it on your calendars. We are very pleased with the way Castle Crashers for PS3 has turned out and we look forward to playing with you soon!”Were very excited to see how Castle Crashers turned out for PS3 and hopefully a final announcement comes a bit sooner than we think.
