Namco Bandai's New RPG is a Sequel

We're still five days away from Namco Bandai's second big RPG unveil in as many weeks. But the company's "RPG_LOST" countdown site was updated today with somewhat of a hint to what we can expect:

When you visit the site now, you're first greeted with a message that says "That RPG Returns." This is followed by the same countdown and honeycomb background as before. The text at the main part of the site still says "New RPG, 5 Days Until Announcement."

Last week's countdown lead to Keroro RPG, a Tales-like RPG featuring characters from the Keroro universe. This week's countdown appears to be for a sequel.

But a sequel to what? We'll find out on the 21st!

Namco Bandai?s RPG countdown clock evaded an early Famitsu reveal, but may have been leaked another way.

Japanese blogs are reporting Digimon Story: Lost Evolution, a new Digimon RPG for the Nintendo DS is slated for 2010. Could this be the game Namco Bandai is teasing?

In addition to Digimon Story, Dragon Ball DS 2 Assault! Red Ribbon Army, a sequel to Dragon Ball DS is scheduled to ship on February 11 and it?s also for the DS.
