It seems that the Mercenaries 2 gamne which everyone is looking foward to on Playstation 3, may be multi-platform afterall. As you can see in the video developer's blogs over at the official website, there are Xbox360 dev units in the background, complete with control pads. It looks like the PS3 is losing yet another exclusive. Oh boy, rumor mill for now though.

"65nm Xbox 360 CPUs delayed until mid-2007"According to industry sources, plans to produce CPUs for the Microsoft Xbox 360 game console on 65nm at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing will be pushed back until the middle of 2007, at least one quarter behind the original schedule.Microsoft Taiwan declined to comment on the news, while Chartered also declined to comment, stating it did not comment on the production schedule of any of its customers.In April 2006, Chartered announced that it had signed an agreement with Microsoft to manufacture CPUs for the Xbox 360 console on 65nm Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) technology starting in the first quarter of 2007. Chartered is already a major foundry partner for producing Microsoft's Xbox 360 CPUs on 90nm technology.
In its latest Investor Relations report, Capcom has revealed it plans to publish a total of 77 new titles across all platforms. The report reveals that throughout 2007, Capcom expects to publish 6 new titles on the Xbox 360 and it expects them to sell 2,250,000 copies. As soon as we learned about this number, we asked ourselves which games those six titles could be. We only counted three: Lost Planet, Resident Evil 5 and a Dead Rising sequel. What could the other three titles be? It has been rumored that Devil May Cry 4 will only remain as a time exclusive for the PlayStation 3, landing soon after on the Xbox 360. That will give us four titles but then, what could the remaining two games be? Xbox Live Arcade games perhaps. Marvel vs. Capcom or Capcom vs. SNK? 194X? Mega Man? Ghouls 'n Ghosts?
