Wygląda jak gra na N64 , ale może być ciekawie .Moim zdaniem należałoby stworzyć wątek WiiWare niż oddzielne tematy dla poszczególnych gier .

Night Game, developed and published by Nicalis: Exclusively for WiiWare, Night Game (working title) is part action game and part puzzler. It invites players into a beautifully atmospheric world, where they must use real physics to maneuver a mysterious, glowing sphere through vastly different locales. Night Game pushes the boundaries of design with its unique art style, and professionally produced music score. This title is a 2009 Independent Games Festival Seumas McNally Award nominee and from the same developers responsible for Cave Story on Wii.
Explodemon! is a 2.5D action platform game with an explosive main character. Mixing classic platforming action ? from classics such as Mario and MegaMan ? with the refined contemporary gameplay of Halo and Half-Life 2, it brings old-school gameplay bang up to date. Coming from Curve?s deep-seated love of video game culture and history, Explodemon! is wrapped up as a loving homage to SNES-era Japanese action games.Explodemon! will release on PSN, PC and WiiWare in 2009.
Like any good platformer, Night Game will be hiding secret screens for players to find. It's planned for a late summer release and is one of our most anticipated WiiWare games.
April 7, 2009 - Today Vogster announced it is bringing the Nintendo DS strategy franchise Robocalypse to WiiWare. Robocalypse was a real-time strategy game on DS, but Robocalypse: Beaver Defense will be a tower defense affair on Wii. The writing duo of Jay Lender and Micah Wright will be returning to pen another humorous script. Up to four players will be able to get in on the action online. Screenshots released today (now in our gallery) reveal the same appealing art style found in the portable game. The tower defense genre has exploded recently on PC and iPhone, with variations popping up on consoles, as well. They all put their own spin on the basic mechanic of building towers that attack oncoming waves of enemies. Usually, the game ends if too many enemies get past your defenses.
April 7, 2009 - Another classic franchise went downloadable today in Japan as Taito gave a surprise release to a WiiWare version of Bust-a-Move. Operating under its Japanese name of Puzzle Bobble, the game is available as of today at 800 WiiPoints. The Wii take on the classic puzzle series adds a couple of major changes to the formula. First up are stage layouts that change as you play. The second big change is the availability of premium download content. While the game includes 135 puzzles right out of the box, those who want more can opt to buy the Pac-1 and Pac-2 download packs, each adding 135 stages from classic Puzzle Bobble games. These are priced at 200 WiiPoints each. There's no word yet on a release outside of Japan for the WiiWare version of Puzzle Bobble, so only those with Japanese Wii units need apply at present.
- Adventure Island (1000)- Crystal Defenders (800)
- Contra Hard Corps (mom) + Contra III (dad) = this game (their newborn baby).- Cutscenes are art-drawn~ <3- Voices are English, text isn't, but it's not so hard to figure out what's going on, since its an action game. There are some English words here and there, like KONTORA (caps).- Music feels like Mega Drive, in a super-awesome way.- Classic Contra themes are remixed, from games like Contra NES, Operation C and Contra III (guess which ones~).- Weapons: Normal, Laser, Homing and Spread. That's it.- Setting available: Volume for BGM&SFX, Diff. Easy-Normal-Hard (Nightmare is unlockable), Lives 3-5-7, etc. No sound test.- Infinite Continues.- Basic Wii Remote control: 1 is shot, 2 is jump. Hold the shoot button to stand still and shoot in all 8 directions. Mash the button to walk and run at the same time. Weapon switching is turned off by default. Go to settings and assign it to A or B button. Classic and Gamecube pad support.- Unlockable Characters. They are Tsugu-Min (girl android) and Plissken (lizard man).- 5 stages. Good enough actually if considering the difficulty.- Danmaku Hell! Full of bullets on-screen to avoid that will ask for timing from you. Your body is the hitbox (not head, arms, legs).- Bosses will show up and then return later in the same stage.- Old and new enemies are here too. ^^- No wifi. Not even for high scores.
- Swords and Soldiers
Closing CommentsAfter de Blob and now Swords & Soldiers, Ronimo Games is definitely a developer to watch. There is nothing else like this on WiiWare, and the production values are much higher than most other games on the service. Strategy fans should find their fix here ? just don't expect as deep an experience as some of the better-known real-time strategy games on PC. Removing a dimension and making the gameplay side-scrolling was a great way to get this genre working on a console. Swords & Soldiers was built for Wii, and as such it plays very well on the system. Don't let this one pass you by -- it's one of the best console RTS games ever.
Players control max with the nunchuk and point with the remote to draw. The game employs a physics system that governs whatever is drawn. The more ink you use on an object the heavier it will be.Press Play hopes to release Max and the Magic Marker this Fall. Fifteen levels are planned, which should add up to around three hours of gameplay.

Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH has announced its first downloadable WiiWare titles, as it outlines the role of its new Network Business Development Department. Konami has created the all-new Network Business Development Department, which is designed to extend Konami?s online activities across Europe. The new team is headed by Florian Stronk, who will oversee all future downloadable content and mobile titles, including WiiWare, PSN, XBLA and DSiWare as well as iPhone and other mobile phone platform releases. The first titles to emerge from the group will be released in the coming months, with Gradius Rebirth out today, followed by DRiiFT MANIA later this month, and the all-action Contra Rebirth in August. Each title is an all-new game, with Gradius Rebirth marking the welcome return of one of gaming?s most acclaimed shooters of all time. Gradius Rebirth retains the 2D space-based action the series is famed for, with players guiding their Vic Viper ship through a series of horizontally-scrolling stages infested with thousands of aliens and huge end-of-level bosses. Power-up capsules allow the user to add lasers, secondary weapons systems, shields, etc, to their craft, while new additions include a Score Attack Mode wherein high-scores can be compared, and a Replay system where hard-fought battles can be reviewed. DRiiFT MANIA will follow later in July, and is a top-down racer that allows up to eight players to race each other, using cartoon-style characters. Featuring twelve different tracks based on four themed environments ? cityscape, hills, snow and a desert oasis ? players can also select one of 34 vehicles from four categories. Each category is tailored for use within the different environments, with variations of speed, acceleration and handling and grip levels making specific vehicles ideal for particular locations. DRiiFT MANIA ?s multi-player modes allow users to play using combinations of Wii Remotes, Nunchucks and Classic Controllers, and seven game modes are on offer. These include single-player and multi-player championships, and Team Race; wherein participants are divided into two teams, with the winner those that amass the most points. The VIP mode elects one player per team as a VIP vehicle, who must be protected at all costs from the opposition cars, with the removal of the VIP car resulting in a win for the attacking team. DRiiFT MANIA also has a fun ?Contamination? idea, where a player is marked contagious and must contaminate very other player within a set period, while ?Cold Potato? mode charges the user with collecting said vegetable and holding on to it for as long as possible! Finally, the ?Meteorite? option sees players embarking on a normal race, while trying to avoid a series of meteors as they fall from the sky. Completing the trio in August is Contra Rebirth, a welcome return for Konami other celebrated shoot ?em up series. Armed soldiers are charged with running and jumping through a series of 2D levels, each littered with alien forces, vehicles and face-offs with massive bosses. OTT weaponry is the order of the day as homing missiles, flame-throwers and high-powered lasers are used to blast a path to the end of each stage, while agility and dexterity are required to clamber over seemingly impassable areas, and scale crumbling buildings. The Network Business Development Department will also be overseeing the release of Konami?s previously announced Vandal Hearts and Zombie Apocalypse titles for PSN and XBLA. ?We have an enviable starting line-up, and are looking to continually offer a strong mix of updated classic Konami IPs and new ideas,? commented Florian Stronk, Head of the Network Business Development Department for Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH. ?Using a mixture of both internal and external talent, we look forward to some very exciting announcements in the coming months.?GamesPress

SEGA has become the master of internet countdowns with a new one with a twist - guess the genre and platform. On the site, as well as the usual teaser image there's the chance for visitors to vote on what platform(s) it'll appear on, and also the genre. Siliconera says WiiWare's sitting firmly at the top, alongside PS3 and DSiWare. SEGA fans are also hoping for it to be action, sports or RPG related in some way. As for type of game - a majority feel it'll be a "stupid", parody game or in complete contrast, something about love. The countdown aims to disclose all in about 10 days.

One of Data East's more obscure titles, Tumblepop, is being brought to WiiWare by Karate Phants creators, SnapDragon Games.Tumblepop is essentially a Snow Bros. or Bubble Bobble clone - where you're clearing screens by sucking and blowing monsters with your... vacuum cleaner. It was originally released in arcades nearly 20 years ago in 1991, with a portable edition for the original Game Boy a year later.
